Starting Off

I've heard about blogging for years, but being a private person, I just haven't had much interest in bearing my soul to the world (literally). Nowadays, there's no telling who might hear something you said or read something you wrote and take offense. Worse yet, use it against you in a court of law or a political ad. However, there are also times when sharing is warranted and what better way to share something than posting it on the Internet.

In this blog, I hope to discuss things that are common to Everyday Joe's like myself. As an Everyday Joe, we typically have families, pets, jobs, hobbies, the list goes on and on and on. Therefore, I might discuss politics one day, religion the next, and any other subject that life happens to bring my way the next.

I look forward to sharing life's interesting twists and turns with you. I'm sure that it will be fun, sad, exciting, depressing, enlightening, maddening, offensive, and any other emotion or feeling that you can think of. I'm also sure that sometimes it will be all of these @ once. That's just how life is.
